Summer Days in the cityShot on Kodak Double X 35 mm film using my Canon AE-1 Program. The streets on New York City are alive all year long, but the summer season brings all whole new life this concrete metropolis.
Teddy on the ProwlWhats is funny about this picture is a coworker took a shot of what seemed to be an identical bear on Canal Street about three days later just hanging on the corner around ten o’clock at night. Was it the same bear we will never know, but I do think this young lady walked about ten blocks from here to that corner and decided she did not want to carry it anymore in the heat.
The need to stay connected Aside from my site I have been trying to stay offline especially social media which is hard when your trying to build a brand(multiple brands in my case) , but walking around the city you can see people just glued to their screens, now some maybe looking at a map to see where they are and other might be checking a work email, but the majority are most likely on some sort of social media. Lately, when I’m walking around I leave my phone in my bag and try not to pull it out until I get home.
